Did you see the YouTube posted by some guy in aurora who the garbage trucks ignored? He has video of the truck driving right past his blue box, green bin and garbage twice!
when he called to complain he was told that his stuff wasn't out early enough - false
And that the truck might have passed his place a second time en route to somewhere else - he's on a cul de sac
