DS shoveled for the neighbours ( elderly ) for 2 hours ( 2:30 a.m. - 4:30 a.m. ) I cleared a considerable amount in our back yard deck for the pooches to have a place to relieve themselves, plus cleaned/warmed the vehicle in front and did a partial shovel of the path and some of the driveway. Now it looks like almost nothing was even done! Grrr! This will be a long day.

Groundhog says an early spring, but that's hard to believe with a foot of snow out there.

Poor Jake; the snow's up to his chin. He jumped out 1st thing, and just stood in the snow whimpering.
I'm not suppose to shoved because of my back, but I had to shovel a path for him. Now, I'm wearing my back brace & on pain meds again. I have enough to get through till this evening, but the pharmacy just called to say driver's not coming in. The city clears my snow, but not for 24 - 36 hours after it stops, so now what am I suppose to do ?? :rant:
^ May i suggest...a stiff drink before bed to ease the pain?
