Good morning everyone.....ugh. Did I say "good"? Back to work and not wanting to be here. At least my nemesis is on vacation for the week so I should be able to have some peace

i want gummie bears

Funny I was nibbling on a mixed bag of gummies cherries, berrries, bottles etc last night. Love them - especially when they are nice and soft.

It was nice! Watching the "kids" play always makes me feel good. And it was a nice but short visit with my mom. Plus she gave me chocolate when we were leaving! mmmm I think getting out and doing a little walking even though painful was good for my back too. Stretch things out a bit and get the blood flowing.

I went out to the garden and did a little work today. I only lasted for about an hour though. I'd already put in a full day's work this morning and I'm pooped!

Today was my day to start getting life back on track after all my Target madness, grief and then the back issues. Started cleaning the house and have healthy dinner menus planned all week. Have chiro, yoga and massages booked and started drinking more water, cutting out alcohol. etc etc etc. I am hoping that all this will lower stress and my body will forgive me and I can start going back to bootcamp.

Then today some one brought in mini cupcakes with SUPER sweet icing and ate 2, then I ate more gummie candies and a large strawberry julius. I feel sooooo icky. Major sugar overload - even my teeth hurt! LOL! I cam see this is going to take some willpower! lol. Really looking forward ot a home cooked meal tonight though! I am excited, decided to try something I've never made before.
