Good morning everyone! Boy am I tired! What a busy weekend, but it was all worth it.
What a surreal feeling it is to be inside of a burnt out building. Incredibly my friend apartment was untouched other than smoke so we had ALOT of stiff to haul out in 4 hrs. She was next door to the people that started the fire and was actually leaning against the wall that seperated them when it the explosion happened. Luckily it was a cement fire stop wall. There was the full range, completely burnt out and nothing to salvage, half and half and completely untouched.
Good almost evening. Well, making dinner last is the hat I am wearing.

DH decided to tune up the BBQ & IMHO he has ruined it. I hate when he dons he walking book of knowledge hat & does ding a ling projects on a whim. Time to send him to Husband Camp.
Speaking of dinner....I cant find the what's for dinner thread?! I have not had a notification in awhile and dint see it in my subscriptions.
Anyone else follow that thread?
Loocie, do you mean DH cooked your bird a bit too long? I hate when that happens, and by THAT I mean BBQ " experts " doin their thang! Well just eat lots of salad and rice and don't kiss the cook no matter what his apron says....ha haQuote:

lol! Found it - that was weird. COuld not locate it this morning.
If I let anyone else use the BBQ they inevitably dry whatever it is out. With meat prices as they are, you definitely don't want to waste a good piece of meat.
with that being said pady, my DH likes his beef, steak or whatever it is cooked WELL done, ugh! ( gag ) and I always make sure he takes mine and DS off way before his. I've begged him a few times to just taste how juicy and tender ours are compared to that thing he is chewing and chewing and chewing. He won't crack, says he likes a good " fighting " steak. ha haQuote:
