Its perfect for the way I have felt this week! TG tomorrow is my Friday!! I think for me is cuz I am going up to my dads cabin this weekend and then I only work 2 days next week and take off for Calgary. Just excited to be out of work doing summer fun stuff.

And I agree! My bbq has been working over time lately. Only thing cooking in my kitchen these days boiling water for corn.

My appt. didn't LAST as long as I expected. :)

vw - why boil corn ? Leave the husks on, wrap them in foil, & BBQ them, for about 30 min. (rotate them every 10) They taste MUCH better that way, & you don't need any heat in the kitchen

Cook them in a backyard fire place / pit .... But be careful, they burn quickly.

I need a bigger bbq!!! :rant1: Otherwise I would! Maybe next year. I use it year round min 2 days a week usually way more in the summer like daily, so I really should invest in a bigger better bad @ss one. But right now I just have a small one on a small balcony....once I put my meat on their is a tiny bit of room to grill some veggies or a tinfoil pack of potatoes but no room for the corn.

Lol! One day I will have a big beautiful shiny bbq and I will grill my corn :) just finished dinner.. So full, might not make it through big brother.
