Thought I would say HI....been on muscle relaxants and sleeping a lot this weekend. My sciatica flaring up. I should keep moving as it helps, but its so hard to. So I am blowing through all I have saved on my pvr. Missed the game, but sounds like it wasn't a very happy game.

SNOW!! Already......omg I hope we have a mild winter. I am just not ready for snow, snow tires, ice, driving, gloves...yup. None of it! Especially our wet, heavy lower mainland snow.

Morning y'all....oops its afternoon
Woke up all foggy headed for the 3rd day in a row. Must be the flexerall and the house seems so stuffy lately. So I took Sage to the dog park for some fresh air. But it was so foggy out, just like my head. LOL Didn't help much. Just had a big brunch and nanaimo bar for dessert and starting to feel normal again. It's an ugly day though, pretty dreary.
