No Frills St Catharines

Does anyone know what is going on with Mark's No Frills on Lakeshore Road? They have been running out of stock and not restocking for a couple of months now. I asked the cashier if they were closing and she said no but when I asked about the empty shelves she just said they could give me an equivalent product. No grocery store would be completely out of products like Listerene (not one bottle of any kind), toothpastes and their no name Toasty Oats for weeks. This week they have even pulled the hair & skin care shelves off of the floor and moved the remaining products to fill an empty shelf nearby. There are empty shelves throughout the store.
