Hello people, I bought a high end soundbar from FutureShop last year. I also bought their service plan in case something goes wrong, and the rep said if they ever release a newer model in the same line of soundbars I can call and get it. I cant remember if he said that they will only replace it if there is n issue with mine or not. They released a newer version of the same soundbar recently (i think its the 2013 model) Now my question is, does something have to go wrong with mine in order for me to get it replaced? or can I just call customer service and get it replaced with the newer model? any help is appreciated.
