I've seen milestone birthday cards at Shoppers Drug Mart. Also maybe try Hallmark or Carleton Cards stores.

I've seen some lovely milestone birthday cards in Christian bookstores. Often they tend to be un-religious too.

100 years old is a real milestone. Have you thought about making your own card? That would add a huge personal touch.

It is not a telegram but it is a birthday/anniversary message. Here is the link http://www.gg.ca/pdf/Anniversary_14_eng.pdf.

The prime minister will send birthday/anniversary messages as well. The link is http://www.pm.gc.ca/eng/request-greetings.
