    am thinking of getting a cell phone so that I can ditch my home phone. I want an iPhone, however the price tag is way too much for me. any other phones that has a lower monthly plan? TIA.

    Check out FutureShop's cellphone plan comparison tool. In the end, you'll probably end up printing out the plan pricing and comparing. But I suggest waiting until close to the end of the month when stores are trying to meet their quotas for new signups for cell plans....you'll get a better deal then.
