At this time of year, it would be nice if they split that amount in half and donated some to a shelter or soup kitchen. As nice as freebies are, there are many people who need a hot, nutritious meal much more.

Got one tonight and had it for dinner. Was super good, and I don't even like chicken pot pie normally. Nutrition content not great, but that might be the nutrition content of regular pies.
DH usually just buys himself the single serving ones and I ignore them in the freezer, so I have no clue

Got one from Dundas Square last night. It started at 5pm and I was there early figuring there would be a huge lineup. There were only about 75 people there, so the wait was not long at all. Had it last night. It was good, but I found it to be quite dry. Needed more sauce, but it def was tasty. LOTS of chicken in it.

That's funny I got there at 6:30 and there were about 5 people in line
I thought the pie was pretty moist, but I cooked it in the toaster oven. Maybe try that? I do agree it did have a lot of chicken in it. No skimping there Originally Posted by holmz
