Went to a local furniture store on Boxing Day to buy some 600 thread count sheet sets for my mom for $38.00. While I was there I thought I would check the electronic section for my 15 year old daughter as she needed a new DVD player. I told her, "Look, these are only $29!" There was a sign on the Samsung blu-ray that said $119.00 so when I asked the manager about the blu-ray, he said, "No, everything is $29 because they were the models used in the store."

We bought our stuff and then after we left the store I phoned my husband and he told me to go back to get the other blu-ray for that price. I wasn't even gone 5 minutes but when we went back, someone else had spoken for the other Blu-ray. Needless to say I was little disappointed.

But then the next morning, the manager called to say that the other person hadn't picked up the blu-ray so he asked us if we wanted it. You bet!!!! Thank you very much to the manager. Now that's customer service!
