Depending on where you live, they can either come in the local newspaper (requiring subscriptions) or in the weekly flyers. Some apartment buildings don't seem to get them at all, though. If you don't get them, there are many people on here who get multiple copies (from friends/family, or those who deliver the flyers who have extra copies) and offer trades of them too
