I just deposited some cheques today. My honorariums and mileage from volunteering as a Patient and Family Advisor - this was on tab since last August.

earned another 2 x $25 from ING-Direct referrals... well, now Tangerine.

I've been keeping track for my Other Money since January, and I'm already up to $737, not including any coupons used. Just bonuses, or cheques from CO51/Legerweb, and my Optimum/PCPoints/Air Miles redemptions. Not too shabby!

I feel like a broken record over the previous month or so. Another $25 Tangerine referral. That's a total of $150 in the month of April alone! It's pretty lucrative for doing nothing

The Sask government royally messed up my provincial medical coverage last year. I have been fighting with them since Christmas. They eventually agreed to backdate our family coverage to July 2013 and figure out some type of reimbursement. Today dh and I both received matching envelopes from the government. My cheque was for $860. It's not as much as they messed up, but it is basically my entire drug cost for the 6month period. It is more than what they would normally offer because the mistake was not caught in time.

soon .....very soon this retiree will see her income increase. Trying to figure out what is a reasonable amount to ask DS and DD to pay for room and board. If they are extra nice to me I'll cut them a deal! lol
