I'm not an expert at SDM, if you check your receipt, is the coupons entered as 2001 or 2002. From what I know 2002 is for free product coupons and no tax. Some cashier entered as 2002 for coupons dollar amount. If they did, you won't get your 18500 points.

How many regular points did you get on the receipt? I always try to work backward to figure which coupon creates the issue.
thanks

Don't get me wrong I do like SDM and the optimum points but I am really struggling to figure out how/when/if promotions and coupons (mailed, emailed) will work or not. I try my best to plan my trips but then without fail sit in my car after the shop and find out if my plan worked. There seems to be no predicting and no consistancy!

Milk can be an issue in some areas. The only time I ran into it was with with the scratch card for the X the points. I bought lots of milk today and didn't have an issue. Only problem was cashier rang in 6 of something instead of 5. I was off by $5 and we found it she removed 2 and I was still at $76+ before tax and I only had a $1 coupon. Paid and then my receipt has one of the extra items back on it. She did a no receipt refund just in case she messed up the points. I go through great pains to be organized and add thing up beforehand and not cause delays at the cash and then I get this.

If they were SDM email coupons they count as a price reduction so you'd be below $75
Apply every possible promo code to your cart, at every store that you visit (and get points for cash back on top of that?). It's sweet and easy with HONEY.

It depends on where you live such as milk can't be discounted in some areas. My area has a policy of purchase total regardless of coupons which makes 20x the better deal and less headaches. I know I have to spend the amount stated on personalized coupons regardless of coupons because it wouldn't go thru on a $5 snack and food coupon.

I doesn't matter what order you do it. Card first or last, its all the same in the end. Were the coupons personalized email ones?

It is my understanding that if your regular points are 750 or higher, then you would qualify for the bonus points.

ISSUES SOLVED!
I used the coupons for when you buy Crest pro-health rinse, I get the glide floss for FREE, the floss was $4.49, but the cashier entered in as $4.99, brought my subtotal before taxes from $77.xx to $73.xx
I called HO and they said there is nothing they can do for me at this time but will look into after 24 hrs when the transaction show up on their system and will credit me the pts.
I had the same issue this past Dec15 promo, where the cashier entered the Nivea bar soap for max value at $3 where the bar soap was $2.50, I do enjoyed the overage but there is consequences when the subtotal fall below the threshold....
Lessons Learned!
Get them corrected at the store immediately if possible...but if you have to call HO wait at least 48 hours (2 days) after the transaction date for them to look into it for you.....
