Inserts, coupons and anything else

Good Day All,

I'm relatively new to the Victoria and have always couponed until moving here....where does everyone get the inserts?? I receive mine in the paper but CAN NOT find others to save my life let alone coupons in the stores. Also can anyone tell me if there are any coupon groups that meet up and does coupon swaps in the evening or on the weekend? My coupons have completely deminished and now I'm starting back to square one :frown: any help would be appreciated thanks a mill!!
