I was just at the Yorkdale location...seems their clothes are 60% off -- got yoga capris for $7, yoga pants $10 and leopard-print heels $17! Wish I had more time to look, will have to go back!! Saw kids Converse shoes for $10 but no sizes for my kids

I was at the Eaton Centre location today. Discounts range from 30 to 60%. Some are more if there is significant stock. Clothes are 60%. Christmas decor is 90%. I bought two 18 inch trees for $2 each. I also got a jacket for $20. It's regular price was $170, so I felt like it was a 'start the car' kind of moment.

Also, not sure when the store itself is officially closing but the cashier said that they need to be out of the building on February 9, so if you're planning on going to the Eaton Centre one, at least, I'd plan on sooner, rather than later. With the exception of furniture, almost eveything has been consolidated to two floors. Lots of fixtures are on sale too.
