Second one (April 10th) - not sure
Current one (May 10th) - PO Box 11758, H3C postal code

I want to ask them about the offer that ends May 10 and if you've already participated with a previous one, if it's ok to participate again.
I went on their site and the contact us page is blank. Does anyone get the same problem? Has anyone contacted them to see if it is ok? Thanks

Tried to use card yesterday in McDonald. They swiped several times it did not work.

I've found that the cashier has to select something and manually enter in that it's a $10 prepaid credit card first. I remember I tried using prepaid credit cards from a cell phone promo at a spa by swiping them and it would not work. Then I used the prepaid credit cards from the Windex offer last year at Walmart & they told me what was up.

Yes....I used a UPC from a 650g tub and received my GC. I used an exacto knife to (carefully) cut it out.

For the first one, I mailed on February 10th & received my prepaid VISA last week.
