Here is my big score from Target... 35 costumes, most of which I will donate next year. And many other great finds...

Can someone explain about the catalogue that was mentioned? Is it free? Where do you get one? And does it have coupons inside it?
Our store was picked pretty clean of Hallowe'en things. I still managed to get a cool cup for my son with a swirly straw for just over a dollar, and a pumpkin carving kit reduced down to 1.80. Also scored a beautiful facemask with feathers for a dollar, since it no longer had a tag and they didn't want to look up the SKU.
In the flashlight aisle, I got Cars and Disney Fairies glow sticks, normally 6.99, reduced to 2.00. I snagged a bunch to use for birthday party gifts. Also bought two Cars flashlights for 2.99, normally 7.99, I believe. I got a mini LED light to attach to my keychain, normally 3.99, but rang up as 89 cents. And duct tape had many patterns reduced to 1.49.
I've never had any luck with deals or clearance in the produce/food section, so I must be hitting days when things are picked clean.
Oh yeah.. lots of cell phone wallets and covers for 2.49-3.99, 50 percent off or better.

A lot of the Jamie Oliver grub is now 70% off -- pasta, pasta sauces, some pestos, bruschetta toppings, olive oils.
Nature Valley chocolate chip cookies and lemon cookies and Fibre 1 breakfast cookies -- $1.04.
Cream of Wheat instant cereal, box of 12 (or 8?) packets -- $.89.
Scored two packs of Halloween Chips Ahoy, $.36 each, which I would never have thought to look for if I hadn't read about the deal here. They were shelved with the regular cookies and not clearance tagged.Last edited by renegado; Thu, Nov 6th, 2014 at 11:23 PM.
Abuse coupons, not people!

It usually works anyway though so YMMV.
