Has anyone been to the target in Lasalle? How's the stock in store? I've been planning to stock up on some v-neck tees when they go on sale, but at this point I just want to get them before they're out of stock...

I only ever finish 1 scarf in my entire life, I can crochet a little but I just don't have the patience for that. Same with sewing and cross stitching.

Ah man. Knowing that they might have been putting out yarn is sad. Even though I hated going to Zellers, they always had a good yarn selection. Picked up a bunch when they closed out.

    Can't blame you for that.

(my sister and cousin can churn out a full size blanket and sweater in a few weeks, I just don't know how they can do that on top of working, housework, and looking after their own family). On top of that my cousin is also an excellent cook.

Haha my grandma HATED Target when they first opened because they didn't carry yarn, and she had to spend a extra 5 minutes on a bus to get it at Walmart. But she warmed up to Target when she realized they always had her shade of Cover Girl foundation and it was cheaper than Walmart.

Never realize that yarn is a popular item. Too late to please grandma now.

Funny - my store was full of little old ladies today! Not sure what was up with that, but they are preferable to the few loudmouth jerks who are still showing up and going off about how much they hate everything... "All the laundry detergent is liquid! Can you believe it?! It doesn't even work..." Etc. 1 - Neither of those statements is true, and 2 - Please leave my happy place. The sooner the better 😂
