Anyone noticing that Target is not charging tax properly? I bought 3 toddler clothes yesterday and was charged no tax on 2/3 of them. Was charged 5% tax on the 3rd item. Also last month i bought the pathfinder wagon and was charged 5% tax instead of 12%.... Is this to get away from giving $$ back to the gov't ??? Or is this just simply human error??

Frustrated today. Went to Target because food items have now gone to 40% off. Signs everywhere. I wanted mostly canned stuff. Lots of it was expired so I hope other people in my area are checking dates. Got to the till with my cart full and all of it scanned at only 30% off and I was told that they cannot make any price adjustments. Left all of it behind.

I went to Target today for the first time in a while. I did find some cards that I can use for 50% off. Other than that 30% off Aero bars which were priced at $1.00 - that was a nice little deal for an Aero bar lover. The barcode reader is still working - sometimes.
There were about 3 or 4 toddlers ski-suits that could be had for $17.00 ish.
