I totally understand what your saying! My kids are at the point that when i say, "Im bored" they figure moms going to up and go to Target just because! Or if were out and about and someone says "what else should we do today" the answer is always "Target"!!!
My addiction is so bad i have exchanged emails and made friends with one of the cashiers! She keeps me in to loop if she sees some awesome amazing deals in-store. Usually I find them before she can tell me though!

I am actually glad that Target messed up on their initial launch in Canada , over the last year or so.
Their shelves were empty/bare ( inventory issues ) and prices were ridiculous. So people had a bad image of them & kind of stopped going there.
But then they started filling their store shelves , the supply chain/distribution/logistics/inventory etc got their act today. But guess what now there are not much customer's due to the initial screw up.
So now they have excess inventory, seasonal inventory , perishable items which are nearing expiry dates..so all of a sudden to create space for new products, they are forced to have this clearance sales , which is a WIN for us
They normally do have clearance sales , but this is a bit more than they normally have & are being forced to do it to get customer's back
