The Shoppers Drug Mart threads are always good. Once you start with the Optimum points, it gets kind of addictive.

Agreed!! I am a HUGE Optimum addict. It took a back seat to Target for months but I am back in strong now!

Awesome target fix at closeout king in scarboro. Will post a pic when i get home but pretty happy with what i was able to get ;-)

Threshold front mat (had my eye on it during initialsale)
Threshold lamp shade
Merona ladies 6pk socks
2 sets of avery craft labels for printer
1 set christmas dinner paper plates
2 sets black and white paper plates
Lime green candle holder
Silver craft or holiday ribbon
Bundt pan (the only non target item)
And the couldnt resist...boots and barkley "crazy cat lady"tags

Total cost $20.

Sounds great!! I just left Big Deals! Had to dodge huge hail on the way to the car. I may have a concussion. Anyways... What a grungy place. I wasn't expecting that. Not sure what I was expecting. So I did see some Target merch. A couple B Toys, some summer inflatables and banzaii stuff. Some Halloween stuff. Also saw Walmart brand stuff. Prices were like Sdm

Sorry my phone is acting up in replies lately. Prices like SDM minus 40% which brings them in line with Target's regular price. Ex. B.Toy You Turns steering wheel worked out to $17-18

I hear ya vw_girl. I had never been to closeout king and was overwhelmed with the size of it, and the total mess in some spots. Don't have the patience to dig through boxes, but probably could have spent a few more hours there. Everything was rung up at the last Target clearance sticker price and then 50% taken off the total. Anything that <I bought> had the Target clearance sticker with the number on top right had been at the 70% discount...the rest were just liquidation or clearance stickers layered.

On another note, i signed up for Target Cartwheel through Facebook, just so I'd be able to check out the deals. It's totally worth it if you plan on going to the States.

If you'd seen the number of boxes, you might rethink that...totally overwhelming! I kept seeing empty timmies cups all over the place. But certainly lots of target products.
