SCOPE Question

So I was at Walmart and got med and large ziploc freezer bags (the ones with snow flakes on them) 20ct. The sign had said it was 2.97.

When I was at the till to pay it scanned at 3.97, I went to Customer Service and they said I couldn't get both for free because it's from the same brand. But I thought I would cuz it's two different UPC (so 2 different items).

Can someone clarify this for me as I thought I kNew the scope but the WM CSM said other wise.

This was also my FIST scope !!

Two different UPC (bar codes) would be two different items (in my mind anyways)...

Here is a PDF pamphlet for reference - There is no mention of one item per brand... just "bar code"... and the 2nd same-upc item and after that should be price adjusted to the correct price (as per the pamphlet says.)

WHY does the customer always seem to be more informed than the Cashiers and CSM's... :shrug:

Different UPC's mean you should have got the two for free.

That's what I said to them they said no cuz bits from the same maker..
