Thread: Game Day Appies & Snacks

Edit: I posted this on Superbowl Sunday..too late in the day to go anywhere, but it might be an interesting thread for all GAME DAYs....NHL, CFL, NFL, etc. I'm always looking for easy to make, easy to serve appies and snacks for game days so if anyone would like to contribute ideas, it would be greatly appreciated!
Curious to know what everyone is whipping up today for Superbowl Sunday snacks and appies. I know it is later in the day out East, but here on the West Coast there's still time to profit from your great ideas! I made hummus and guacamole this morning and am now on to meatballs in a cherry habanero sauce. This thread is currently associated with: N/ALast edited by DianneS; Mon, Feb 3rd, 2014 at 12:19 AM.

Congrats on your interest in making food! I was hoping for Tostitos Scoops tortilla chips and salsa-brother bought organic (flat) tortilla chips with the salsa. Neither one of us is watching the game. The game is an excuse to pick up snack deals at the store.

Amazing Seahawks win today....for those of us who are only 2 hours from Seattle, it is our adopted NFL hometown team! I should have posted this thread about a week ago. However, I will edit my first post to make it more appropriate to 'generic' game day snacks!
