Don't be silly- of course I am making another package. Eventually CP will get their ducks in a row and reimburse me for the lost one.

Monkey is starting to feel a bit better. She had a ear infection and was not a happy camper. She still isn't happy but at least she isn't crying in pain anymore :)

I know this train isn't over yet but who's excited for the Easter one?

I'm going to the US this weekend and I'm hoping to find lots of Easter goodies!

I called Canada Post again and they have all the information required. It has been forwarded on to the claims department and that could take up to 30 days :(. When they call Heatherwake to ensure she hasn't received the package we will know they are close to closing and paying out the claim.

I am working on a replacement package and will do my VERY BEST to have it mailed tonight or tomorrow at the latest.

Grrr @ CP! :rant: Thank goodness for the tracking numbers and insurance! As I've said before it's definitely worth signing up for their VentureOne card (you get free insurance -up to $100).

Hey no worries! I really dont feel like you need to send a replacement package Momto2Ks!! I mean, really...you DID make a package for me already, buy all the stuff, pay for shipping AND get it mailed on time...so you DID your part, you fulfilled your end of the deal. It was Canada Post that fu**ed it up! :-( Thats not YOUR problem, why should YOU be punished by having to pay AGAIN? Makes no sense... thats how I feel, but Im not sure of the rules on SC about it. Bahhhhh whateverrrrr!!! Im over it! Bring on the NEXT train!! :-)

Heather- I hope you like it. And even more then that... I REALLY hope the first package appears because there was a couple things in it I couldn't replace... But this one is kinda cool too :)

Well the package made it out of the Edmonton black hole and is now in Mississauga :)
