I like to get a free credit report yearly for both DH and I that way I know if my credit card info is up to date and weather or not any credit cards have been applied for other than us.

You can also get your credit rating score but that will cost you.

Hi. I think that any time you apply for a credit card or a mortgage, you can ask the credit card company or the mortgage company what your credit score is, since they are obtaining from the credit reporting bureaus. Then it is free.

I will have to check that out next time I apply for CC or when mortgage is due for renewal. Thanks.
