I would like everyone to know that I contacted this outfit by telephone at the number their website provides. Their answering message was that someone would return my call within 48 hours. I waited 11 days and the individual who finally did return my call was rude, seemed annoyed and told me that they provide a discussion forum where condo owners can post their questions and complaints.

After this unnerving experience, I contacted Corporations Canada who advised me that this CAFCOR had not filed the required financial returns and does not respond to the government's notices. It sounds to me like this group is very fly by night. It's easy to offer free help when you simply direct those who need it to your discussion forum.
