Dollarama. If not Target has some cheap little notebooks at their "See Spot". This is the area located as soon as you enter the store. I bought the $3 yearly planner when it was 90% off for $0.30 and it's serving me fine
I always find some on the sale rack at Indigo. They are a bit nice than the Dollar stores but still cheap.
