If you're going to spend at least $50 on groceries any way, I'd say it is. Not sure about your area, but here Loblaws gas bar typically has the lowest price any way by a couple of cents so it's more savings. However, if you are spending an extra $10 on things you don't need, just to get the 2 cents off per litre, then you're spending $10 (hypothetically) but only saving $1.50 on gas because it's only good for up to 75 L.

Sometimes use the Your Independent Grocer gas bar and yes, I agree with you, their prices are cheaper. Plus you get Auto Cash too. Was planning to do a shop at Independent and use PC points (including PC Plus points) to reduce the grocery bill -- so spend less than $50 AND get reduced gas AND get Auto Cash to use at Independent, No Frills, Loblaws or RCSS
