I tried the green onions last year, and found it to not really be worth the bother.

I'd like to give the romaine a try.

I always have green onions growing!
In the winter I put it in a glass of water and in the summer I just shove them in the dirt.
I use a lot when cooking, so it's nice to have some growing year round. :-)
