.50 Cent Degree Deodarant

Zehrs has Degree on for 2/$3.00 . When you use 2-$1.00 off coupons (which are hanging right in front of the deodorant off the shelf,) they are .50 cents each. I mentioned the coupons to a lady who buying the deodorant and she replied very snottily " I don't need to use coupons" I said "neither do I, but I like .50 cent deodorant over $1.50 deodorant" and walked away.

I really think there are 2 schools of thought on money spending habits: those who think saving a few cents does not make a difference, and those who will save every penny.
I fall somewhere in the middle since for me, time is money.
But when you're buying a product and a coupon is staring you in the face, it does boggle me that someone wouldn't use it *head scratcher* Sense of pride?

no coupons left at my store I'm back at work so I have no stash, and no time to go when they come out... hopefully my stockpile will last me until I happen upon some coupons and another deal like this

Sounds like a pretty silly response from that lady LOL....can't understand people like that! She could've saved so easily! By the way, Atlantic Superstore also has the same deal with coupons on the shelves also! Picked some up yesterday. The men's varieties were very limited but I still managed to get some for hubby

awesome!! i just got some for 47 cents at GT with the coupon from loblaws coupon zone...i gave a coupon to someone in line in front of me who had the deo too but she had a more positive reaction. funny, i try to raok coupons every time i have extras and see someone buying the product and i have never experienced a reaction like that. usually people are happy to keep money in their pockets!

Sometimes I leave extras with the cashier, so she/he can use them for the next person to come through buying that product. Usually when it's a good deal and people are buying a lot of it, Like when the egg coupons were out.
