When do coupons come out?

I've been packing for a move and have lost track of when the inserts come out in the fliers. I'm not in St. John's so have to run by The Telegram office to get the fliers with the inserts. Can anyone tell me when the Red Plum and P&G inserts come out so I know when to go get them? Thanks!

You just drop by the printing office on Columbus Drive. You don't need to go in. There is a (I think green) metal box there with the flier packets in there. Where I am now I hardly even get any of the fliers and they come through Canada Post. They won't give them out until Fridays even though many of the fliers start Thursday now so I usually swing by there or one of the other boxes in Mt. Pearl or St. John's depending on where I have to go, and pick one up.,
