Thread: March Pay-it-Forward Train
-
Sat, Feb 15th, 2014, 11:25 AM #1Expired
This is a traditional train with a small twist - please include a bundle of coupons specifically for the rider after you. Check out their wishlist, and try to include coupons that you think they will use. No fixed dollar amount, just be kind.
The train will start out with some coupons that expire March 31st. Please try to add mostly only coupons that expire April 30th or later. If you are the lucky person who gets the train in the final week of March, please remove all the expiring coupons before sending it on.
No riders with negative ratings, please.
I will take five riders for each car of this train, and up to two cars. I will place you in geographical order before mailing. Mailing date will be March 1 or a little before.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Before signing up, please make sure you understand the following. I do not like to micro-manage my trains with a lot of rules, as I find that to be a hassle that takes away the fun and makes me feel like I am parenting. All riders are expected to have common sense about what to include, to be nice to me and to the other riders, and to have a positive attitude about participating in this particular train.
- Please do not include any printables, no French coupons, and no store-specific coupons, unless they are part of your gift to the next rider.
- I do NOT have rules against including mail-out coupons such as P&G, Websaver, save.ca, GoCoupons, etc, as many of them are very useful. However, it doesn't work for everyone to send out a bunch of junk coupons and expect to get back nothing but great ones. So please use common sense and limit the coupons for things like medications and pet foods.
- The intent of this train is to be kind and to share generously with others. There is no requirement for your "pay-it-forward" gift to include specific coupons from your wishlist - it is purely a gesture from the previous rider, and your posted wishlist is to be used as a guideline for choosing the kinds of coupons you are likely to use. This is not in any way a VWT.
- If you are happy with these simple guidelines, then you are warmly welcomed aboard!!This thread is currently associated with: Save.ca Coupons, WebsaverLast edited by khipson; Sun, Feb 16th, 2014 at 04:14 PM.

Yes, she messaged me. Thank you for the reminder, though.
