that's too bad, woofy. i have a few friends from high school that i am still very close with. they are my closest friends but i do have 'new' friends that i have picked up along the way that are close and very dear to me too. those are the ones that we can just pick up with, no matter how long it's been since our last conversation/email/text. :)Quote:

Well my friends, I'm certainly enjoying the weekend. Back at the hospital a couple of times in the coming week.
Soon we will find out just how this treatment is working. A CT scan will reveal what is going on in my lungs. It is my sincerest wish that this *drug* is doing what it is supposed to do by a) halting any new tumour growth. b) shrinking tumours that are already there. I have never wished & hoped for anything as much as I wish for this.

I thought I would share a picture of yours truly. My grade eight graduation. I did not want my picture taken.
A peasant dress avec matching socks & sandals. A dance in the gym in the afternoon & I think we might have had sandwiches & that flat orange drink that McDonalds used to have for those special events at schools. I was bound for high school & a whole new world. Life was pretty simple in those days....
- No limo
- No nails
- No hair
- No high fashion glam either.
