I'm pleased to let you know that I am feeling quite well. There were a couple of days last week, when I felt out-of-sorts, but the I am feeling more like me.
I shall continue with my daily regiment & go back to the hospital during the week.
You are all too good to me. I feel so bolstered up by support & kindness of people who may be a few clicks away, but my feelings are real & true....

NF1 is a progressive disease; that is, it tends to get worse with age. There is no cure for NF1. It's important for people with NF1 to regularly see their doctor, so that any complications of the disease can be picked up early and the symptoms of these complications can be treated. That is where I entirely went wrong, as I did not know that I had this disorder!!!!
About 8% of people afflicted with NF1 face malignancies, so it is very rare to see cancerous transformations in NF tumours.
So when I find myself on the Why Me side of downtown,
I remind myself that it’s crucial for me to bear down,
My mission is humbling, but it is the least I can do,
The more people I tell, the more facts to accrue,
I’ve kept things under my hat for far too darn long,
I’m here to sing & inform with my song,
I’m not trying to be imposing, intrusive or in your face,
It’s just that I’m trying to say this with a wee touch ofgrace,
I’ll continue to educate & I won’t give up trying,
It’s only the facts that I have underlying....

There are known a system of Porfiry Ivanov In Russia.
Ivanov himself opened his system when he was ill with cancer of the left hand. Wanted to get a cold and die faster he swam in the cold river, but "poor" is not cold and ,if you believe the stories in 5 days to get better. And then you know - was to improve the system and to teach people healthy and sick.

At the hospital, I guess you could say I'm people watching & interacting. Had a coffee from Tim's & my rim rolled up the please play again message....maybe next time. It will be a day of waiting, but I always find that there are some great people here. A very nice man showed me how to connect to the wifi & now I have the world at my fingertips.
My my first week of treatment is completed. I feel well & my energy levels have improved. One thing through all of these cancer chronicles, is that I am still little ole me at heart.
Wish I could have all of you over for a nice dinner. Simple menu like spaghetti & meatballs, salad & wine. Wonder what we would talk about?
