They have moved around 2 appointments for me this week. Now I'll have to go down to PMH on friday night for a scan. I guess that is an ok thing. The doc will have the results when I get back there the following tuesday for my regular appointment.
I am also at prosthetics this week - looks like things are moving ahead there. I need to have better mobility & I am an pinning all my hopes on this one..... :)

I get to go downtown tonight for a CT scan at PMH. I will be back at the hospital next week. Man oh man!! I'm getting so tired of this!
A late night scan for Loocie, here I go again,
I would rather be up north enjoying nature with a friend,
I'm so very tired of sarcomas & cancer-schmancer; what a total bummer!
I'm not even getting a rest & some time off in the summer,
Although I am feeling good, sometimes I get so sad,
This is certainly attire in which I do not want to be clad,
This is just a please keep the faith wish as it is time to soldier on,
I think I need to remind myself just who has the brawn!!
Sun shining warmly on me today, my work week done.
Yet too tired to think, too tired to think fun.
But am feeling much, in fact a feeling spree.
And right now thinking of our wonderful Loocie.

Hey everyone, I am smiling at the thought of all these good wishes, poetry!!! & songs.
Amazing to be in such fine company.
I had a good experience at the hospital the other night. I don't mind the scans at nighttime. The hospital is so quiet. The clinics are empty, the halls are void of people rushing around, Druxy's is closed & it's just such a different vibe. When I am back at the hospital on Tuesday it will be busy & buzzing with the flurry of activity. I'll try & take some pictures with my iPad. I am still at the learner-beginner stage of Ipad-ism.
I went mall-ing yesterday on my scooter. It was good for me to get out & as my mother used to say "blow some stink off". I didn't overspend & even remembered a couple of things that I never remember to pick up... It was a beautiful day too. I parked myself on a bench in the park & watched the world go by. People playing ball with their dogs, people reading a book on a bench, even a couple smooching up a storm!! I came home, made dinner & did kitchen stuff...which I love! Today I'm making spaghetti sauce & the house is smelling pretty good right about now.
I don't mean to be such a wet blanket here & I apologize for the times when I get a little bit too maudlin.
OMG Loocie, dont worry for us here. You have enought on your plate. I am sure all of us are happy wen you post something. I am still praying for you and wont stop. A BIG HUG for you. Take good care Loocie because we care.............:-)

My Internet was not available for a long time and I'm happy to read positive posts here. It s really great you go for a drive on scooter. I often ride a sports bike , it gives a good mood for the whole day. :)
Well, well, well & boop boop de do, I am here my friends with an update for you,
My condition is stable, & this is true; can you hear me hollering yahoo?
That means that tumours have not grown or become any larger,
I feel like doing donuts in my plymouth charger!
That is of course the best results that I could have hoped for,
I do not want these things to grow or proliferate ever no more!
I'll be continuing with the treatment, so steady as she goes,
I'll take the cons that are part of it, cause I do like the pros,
Living in the moments of such earnest appreciation,
I'm glad to be here with ditty of communication,
Keep your positive thoughts tuned my way when you have some to spare,
& thanks for showing your old friend here, that you really do care.
p.s. I wrote this poem from the hospital yesterday for my fb page...
Sarcoma, sarcoma....you're full of bologna, leave me & my friends alone, you're not welcome in our home, We're gonna throw you off a cliff, no buts! no ands & absolutely no ifs!!!! Just git - or else!!
P.S. I do not have a Plymouth Charger, but if you do....please do a few donuts for me!!
