The topic of this poem is keeping.
Your dreams are yours to keep, as they solely belong to you,
& we know that keeping your chin up isn’t easy when you're feeling blue,
We all keep on truckin’ as best we can when life gets in the way,
As keeping up the good work, can mean more than words can say,
Sometimes we keep holding on, even when we should let go,
Maybe it’s because keepsakes are our very own to bestow,
At times I must keep busy as that is what floats my boat,
I’d tell you that I keep up the good work; but I wouldn’t want to gloat,
Keeping calm isn’t always easy; in fact I think that is a skill,
& often I ignore signs that say “Keep off the Grass” solely for thrill,
I will keep all of you posted as I have more issues with my health,
As I’m keeping my sense of humour, though it doesn’t bring wealth,
I have so much that I keep in my heart, as it helps me keep aligned,
& if you’re a sender of positive vibes, please keep me in mind,
I’d like to keep *it* at bay always & tell *it* to forever shoo!
& please all you Smart Canucks remember, I will keep on loving you!

I am so fortunate in many ways.....Sharing positive vibes means the world to me. I am humbled by the kindness of others.
I have quite the regiment starting in January. I am worried, but I have to file it for now & just get on with enjoying this time of year.
Loocie, I agree with you about filing that worry away, but it would be great to just lose that filing cabinet once you're done. lol. Fingers crossed for the best outcome in the New Year with your treatment plan.
