I had a difficult time this past week. I have a feeling this week will be better. Feeling pretty good & I'm ready for my trip to the hospital tomorrow. So today I'll be Loocie the Baker & bake some cookies to take with us for our lunch. Doesn't that sound yummy.

Hello my friends, I love those heartthrobs. So darn handsome. I'm beginning to get a bit of energy back. This week has wiped me out. Week one of treatment & that icky feeling seems to be hanging around. I have to take my drugs today too. I'm off to the Leg Place for a prosthesis adjustment.

​I had my appointment with the prosthetics clinic & i am feeling much more comfortable now. It was getting difficult getting around. I know my mobility will never be what it once was, but I will take this improvement. There are so many advances that are available now in artificial limbs, however our health care system will be a bit on the slow side of town when it comes to catching up & keeping a bit more up to date.

I agree with you about our health care system. I work in the health field. There is so much I want to change, and many times I feel like I am hitting my head against a wall.
Maybe run for a political office? Maybe Minister of Health?
