So, DH ordered me something for Christmas and placed the order before Christmas! Now, they did call and say that it would not arrive in time for Christmas but we figured no big deal.
He got a notice it had shipped January 7th, with an email stating 3-5 business days. Whatever, crap happens.
Eight business days later, still no gift. He calls in and gets told they're not sure why its delayed, but to give it a few more days and call them back.
A week after that conversation, he calls again and gets told pretty much the same thing but if it didn't arrive in a week they would have to send another one out.
A week goes by, and still no Tinkerbell ring ( I know by now what it is and am soooo excited) He calls again and gets told "yes, thats very odd it has not arrived but we can't do a refund or send out a replacement until its been 30 days since originally shipped"
Fine, we wait until Feb 10 since he got home too late on the actual 7th. They send out another one and it should arrive in 7 days. Now they didn't state 7 straight days or 7 business days but either way, 7 business days was up today! Given our areas weather lately I will give it until Friday before I make him call again, but this is rediculous!!! I want my gift!
He has asked, and they can only see it as "in transit" and don't have (or won't give) a tracking number for it.
UUUUGGGGHHHHH
