Favorite Snack or Dessert Package Train

Good morning everyone! Another chilly morning in Southwestern Ontario....brrr....will be nice to see some ground soon as this white stuff has to melt sometime!
As for the cooking in my household...well, it's only me so I guess I do most of it. The pizza delivery man does the rest periodically, but not too much! ;P The teens & I always enjoy a nice home cooked meal! Yesterday was roast turkey (they kept asking me if they missed a holiday or something! lol...), sweet potatoes, carrots, peas & lime meringue pie Great Sunday dinner & was shared with my ds's new best friend. I agree that the crockpot is a close best friend some days...easy to throw food in & tend to more important things!
My package is still in the making but will be done by today's end & mailed

My US trip has been pushed back to this weekend (was supposed to leave tomorrow - now it's friday night). Desperately hoping the border isn't insane (it's the start of March break).

Any big plans for March break anyone?

Tuesday and Wednesday are hubbies days off. so Tuesday we are mailing the package train and some chocolates to dh's mom. (we found her favorite chocolate covered cherries. we used to buy them for her at Christmas, but I guess now they only make them for valentines day.) we might all go see the lego movie together, and I might take the kids to see cloudy with a chance of meatballs 2 (toonie march break movie the kids might like.)

Lloyd and the kids have been doing the cooking in our house lately since I have been not well. By the time I get home from work I don't have any energy left and I am in a little bit of pain. I have a wonderful and understanding family.

Well buddy I am not too sure I am happy with your package yet....might not mail until tomorrow. Wanted to add a few more things over the weekend but didn't get to lethbridge.

Hi. Checked Canada post yesterday and it said expected delivery March 10.
I just checked and now it says March 4th. That's today!!!!!

To send a reputation comment you click on the star on the bottom left-hand side of a post. A rep comment is just to say hi or that you like that person's post. To reply to a user's rep comment you would have to find a post from that user and click on the star and a pop-up will show and then you just post your comment. Hope this helps!

Ok we had a very busy day today. We took a bus to the mall and hubby went to the post office to mail both packages (the package train to my buddy and the chocolates to his mom I talked about in a previous post) I found some things for the kids on sale at Sears. Then we went to mcdonalds for lunch. Rushed to the theatre to see the Lego movie in 3d. Bought some bday gifts for ds1 at walmart, bought some stickers for his ninja turtles sticker book at toys r us, bought some diapers and baby wash at shoppers (with a 20* optimum point coupon. Dh took everything home in a cab and I returned the mall stroller and took the bus home with the kids. It's late, I'm tired and I have to get the kids to bed. So basically I got the package mailed out but I'm not going to on the tracking number until tomorrow. We don't want to go through all the bags and search for the receipt while the kids are awake and I think this is one of those days I will fall asleep when they do.

anyway I hope my buddy likes everything, it was mailed out today, and I will pm tracking number tomorrow. Goodnight all
