I only uploaded my receipt once, and got credited for all of them.
However, when I bought chocolate bars (last month maybe) I had to contact customer service. They were AMAZING, so friendly, and adjusted my balance right away. They are only open M-F I believe so you may not get a response until monday. I also called, mostly because i'm impatient!
Shoppers has pledge furniture on sale this week $3.99, then claim $6 per 1 piece on snapsave....moneymaker!!!!
I haven't used this app much either but I just combined the pledge offer with the sale and 20x points at SDM (thanks to another SC post). I uploaded my receipt and it asked how many I purchased since it is available on more than 1. My $48 is pending approval. Fingers crossed.

I only got credited with 1 pledge, and on the receipt it say credited with 1 pledge even though you uploaded 4, I guess I will have to phone them on Monday and ask to be credited with the 3 other pledges I purchased.

I got approved for the 6 Pledge that I bought yesterday but this morning I went back and bought 7 more to combine with the Tresemme and Dove Check Out 51 offers and only got credited for 1 - I've just emailed them about it so hopefully it will be fixed tomorrow!
Hmmm... I was asked that the first time I requested a cheque but I thought that it re routed me my address which then I selected proceed. I just went to check if it would ask me and it didn't, must only be your first time.
I would call if you can't get it to work.

I noticed that too. I redeemed for 8 cans then I noticed that the offer changed to "used" and it says "1 redemption per person"Quote:
