I agree with everyone 's comments...customer service was excellent. I emailed them but never received a reply. Called this afternoon and got credited for them with no problems. Cashed out immediately (I only bought four as that is all we will use in a lifetime) . Very nice deal though.
Don't forget they will review receipts again before they issue the check, my balance got changed for unknown reason. Emailed them and was told a duplicate receipt and suggest me to read their term and policy.
Have to explain to them even if a duplicate receipt, should not be that amount. and never get feedback.
