took 8 business days to get shipment notification for me. their process time is rather long.

Sorry with Snap save.. lets say I bought 16 Scubbing bubbles all on one reciept. I should have taken one photo of the receipt and they would pay me for all of the scrubbing bubbles because I thought I had to reclaim it and took 8 pics of my receipt and claimed it eight times. I hope they catch on that I am new if that is the case. I thought it was a lot of work. sigh.... I did it wrong didn't I?

You only need to take a picture one time, then when you select your offer you use the (+) sign to increase the quantity that you have.
I think that if you call them and explain they will fix it while you are on the line, they are fast and my class always goes through without being put on hold!

I requested mine on april 12 ...... still haven't received their shipment notification as well !!!! :(

I would call- I generally get an email 2/3 days after I made the request saying that it has been processed, then I sometimes (only sometimes) get an email saying my cheque has been sent. I generally call to ask what date it got shipped out on, and when I should expect to receive it.

i'm wondering what day of the week do the offers start? I tried to upload a receipt yesterday, but it wasn't within their time frame. :(

The receipt needs to be uploaded within 2 days of purchase for most offers. I make sure the offer is still available and hasnt run out before I buy anything and then I upload immediately. Sometimes even in my car out in the parking lot.
