    i have requested my first cheque ,, they are clawing back $5 from me,,, unfortunately i didnt save my receipts , once they were approved i tossed them out. i'll lick my wounds this time , lesson learned

    They are really on my last nerve with this. Their "review" before they send out a cheque is FRAUD.

    I've never requested a cheque, but I still have all the receipts saved on my hard drive, so I'm curious how it'll go when I eventually do.

    It hasn't happened to me in a long while, it happened with dhs account more recently, and both times I let it go. But now this. And then I have read how many times it has happened to others when it shouldn't happen at all. Of course they approve it when you submit the receipt, cause you still have the receipt!!! That's why they take so long to mail it out after you request it. You think it must be on the way already and you toss your receipts.

    Keep us updated, Anne. I have never kept my receipts after they've been approved, so now I'm starting to worry.

    You'd think they'd have to have copies on their end and could prove what the issue is easily.

    I requested on April 6th and early last week I realized I got the email confirming a cheque request, but not the email that it was actually on its way with the amount. When I emailed they said oh it's already in the mail, you must not have received the email. Then bang, a few days later an email that it is just being sent with the lesser amount.

    ...and still no reply from them to my email sent yesterday afternoon.

    Do they tell you if they take money back? For awhile, I didn't upload any offers so if they took money away, I don't think I notice.

    1st one denied "date not visible" - NOT TRUE
    2nd one denied "not found on receipt" - NOT TRUE

    Submitted 1x for wipes - also denied - don't remember why, but clearly on receipt

    Gave up on the huggies. Too frustrating!

    Yes this is when they "review" offers that they have already previously approved, before they send your check. They tell you they have changed the amount of your cheque and say such and such an offer wasn't on a receipt, that they had already approved! No date, they don't show or tell you which receipt. This is outright fraudulent.

    I just went through all my saved emails from Snap and not one reject. I often do get them from CO51 which gets frustrating, but its all automated, so as soon as i email my receipt to a living person its always credited right away.

    Back to Snap! I cashed out on 4/26 and received an email that my check was on the way on 5/11. Hoping there aren't any delays or surprises.

    I just submitted 2 receipts for pledge floor care....from 2 different store....on both receipts it was listed as Future floor wax.....I am sure I am going to burn for both of these submissions, plus the one I submitted for CO51 LOL thank goodness I used the $5 off coupons
