HELP

I missed claiming the scrubbing bubbles on the one receipt.

Do I email them and ask for them to adjust it or submit the receipt again and claim the item I missed?

Anyone done this and know the best way to fix it?

Updated- I called and was able to get through to someone and they told me to resubmit the receipt for it.

Was surprised to get someone on the phone on a Saturday.

I'd email and call them to sort it out, instead of submitting again. I think they would deny it if it's submitted twice.

The Raid offer just showed up yesterday and it's already sold out WTH? I'm getting tired of this SNAP crap like 99% of the time they just credit me for 1 when I clearly enter that I had this many on my receipt and then I email them and they seriously get back to me TWO WEEKS later and credited me them and apologized that they are currently experiencing a huge amount of emails, I wonder why? Maybe because you system is so glitchy and doesn't work 90% of the time! I'm still waiting for 3 receipts I contacted them about a few weeks back.

^ i know, their quantity thing is so annoying. why have it if it's rarely going to work! i always have to re-submit to get it fixed, i don't bother emailing. most of the time it works, but i keep my receipt to make sure when i cash out.

Yep, they suck. Like I said I wish people would complain on their Facebook page or something because they are a disgrace. I just had another pile of issues that took nearly two weeks to resolve because of another incorrectly shorted cheque after all the receipts were properly approved.
