I always email them for inquiry, it takes a few days but it gets fix all the time.

Went to WM to use my 2*$2 coupon for wax melts & 2*$3 for large glade candle.
Submitted to Snap right away as its almost gone.
So 4 items reg $22 and got it for $4. 😊

This is in the Rant section but I want to make sure that everyone sees this. I saved up my snap save money to request for Christmas as did a few others. They came back and took 14.00 off of my total claiming I was over charged. I know that I was not but like many once they approve the amount I threw my receipts away. I can not prove to them they are wrong. However in the posts a few kept there receipts and fought back and after many emails got there money back. Keep all receipts or when you reach 20.00 cash out. If it was just me I wouldn't be concerned but it seems to be happening to quiet a few ppl. If they keep doing it a consumer report may be in order some where.

FINALLY,!! I got email from snap that my $64.75 are on their way to me. Hurray! They didnt take back any money from me. A huge part of this $64.75 was dessange shampoo+serum (i think i bought 4 sets so 4×$15=$40 was dessange cashback on snap alone).

I hope they(snap+zweet) keep offering dessange cashback. Its a win-win deal!

I will also like to say thank you to rockco. He/she always posts these sdm related cashbacks on sdm forum plus these rebate apps forums. As soon as i see that rockco has made a new post in any of these forums, i instantly know that there is a very good deal offered to us somewhere.

I claimed the bogo offer and was approved but I am a bit nervous about them approving my cheque request.
