I just received an email from Snap (sent 9hrs ago, around midnight) that my pending $1 cash back has been approved
I originally uploaded my receipt on Oct 15 and I made a follow up on Oct 21.
They said give them 7-12 business days moving forward to process it and yesterday was the 12th day, so there it is folks, there is hope.

I just got an email confirmation saying a 25 cent produce offer was added to my account. I thought "I didn't buy that?"

Turns out it is a receipt from OCTOBER 10 finally being approved a month later.

they also processed my receipt from last month today, that brings me to $20.50, I just requested the cheque and now will see if they will sent it eventually.....

I have only cashed out once from them but they did send it. Hopefully they process faster now that the Groupon stuff seems to be getting sorted out

Mine is approved 3 weeks old. customer rep said they are now starting rebate offers for US too so that's why it is delaying.he said all pending things will sort out soon.

Glad they're starting to move on old receipts - receipt posted to them October 17 finally processed yesterday (after speaking to a rep earlier in the week)

My 2 receipts from a month ago were finally approved last night. My account balance is $20.25 so I requested a cheque. Lets see how long that takes now...

I think the Tresemme is on some backlog.

I uploaded a receipt Monday (for a different offer) and it was processed in about half an hour)

I uploaded receipts for Tresemme on Friday and Sunday and they are still processing

I'm finding that this app is little pokey. They have been taking forever to approve things (though it seems maybe they are finally catching up?) and that the offers they have are either the same week after week or they are used up almost as soon as they are posted. I'm finding myself not really having much luck with this one.
