HUGGIES WIPES $2 WUB2: posted FYI
June 17, Snap credited $2 after reviewing the wording of the details in the offer. Case closed.
This is my email response to SNAP's email below
Huggies has 6 types of wipes. Here are the 2 images from the Canadian website. As you can see, not a single type is simply called "Huggies Baby Wipes. Each has a unique name, therefore, they are ALL Huggies Baby Wipes.
The details in your offer simply say "Huggies Baby Wipes".
If the intent is for the offer to be valid for the purchase of the 1 in the photo (only this one), then you have NOT stated this in your offer details.
"Huggies Baby Wipes" does not exist as a title on the label of any of their wipes. I don't think it is fair to penalize me for your oversight or not be knowledgable in the line of wipes Huggies offers. You should not be imposing product restrictions AFTER the purchase when restrictions are not clearly stated in your offer details.
Therefore, I have met the requirements of purchasing 2 Huggies Baby Wipes and want my account credited $2.
email from SNAP below. My response is above.
From: "Snap by Groupon Support" <[email protected]
Hi xxxxxx,
Thanks for your email and sorry for any confusion!
Unfortunately, your request for the 2 HUGGIES® Baby Wipes offer has been rejected because of selected offer not present in receipt, so we weren't able to credit you for that. Because our credit issuance depends on the correct items being purchased and claimed for, it's important that the entire receipt is clear and visible.
In order to claim cash back for this offer, you need to purchase the exact item "HUGGIES® Baby Wipes" and not Pull Ups Baby Wipes.
If there’s anything else I can help you with, please let me know.
Thanks,
Steffi G

I picked mine up this morning, so got in just under the wire
Hoping it all gets approved, which would make my pizzas 46c/each

Yes, resolved today. We had quite a debate over the phone. They kept insisting it had to be the white tub in the picture, I kept referring them back to the other Huggies diapers/wipes combo offer. That offer also uses the same pic and states "any type of Huggies wipes". Big kids is a type of Huggie wipe.
The offer I claimed on used the same white tub image, but said Huggie wipe (not specific to 'any' or 'Natural'. Blah, blah, blah...
Anyways, They know and I know what their intent was, to be used only with the items in the picture, but they did not state that in the details. They do for all their other offers.
Their awarded the $ because of the way they wrote/published the details.
I sent them the 2 images from Huggies wesite along with pic of the products a couple of days ago, so that they could view them when we spoke.
It was hardly worth the time for the $2, but remember that they denied 3 or 4 claims when I first started using SNAP. "product not found" "date not visible" - things like that. Also, trying really hard to reach $20.

The $7 Pledge floorcare offer came back yesterday & is still available. Also, they increased the Shout Stain Remover to $2.50 from $2. It's only $2.44 at Walmart http://www.walmart.ca/search/shout/N-117
Also a slight increase to the toilet paper rebates, now $1.75 ea.

Does anyone else find it takes forever to be approved by Snap? My receipts usually take about 48 hours to be approved. Super stressful worrying if they will be denied for some reason! In comparison, most of my Checkout51 claims are approved within minutes or hours. Rarely, I have to wait about 24 hours. Pain in the butt! However, I've gotten a ton of money from Snap so I'm not complaining too much!

So weird every time I try to open the app on my iPad, it just shuts off after 3 seconds. Has this happened to anyone? I might have to delete it and re-download.

I find Snap really lacking in their offers and when they do have an offer that I might be able to cash in on it is often for something really small like twenty-five or fifty cents. I almost don't feel like it is worth it and will opt not to give them my receipt info as it seems a bit one sided. Just my opinion.

New offers again, well for me they are new.
$2.25 cash back Cashmere® UltraLuxe™ Bathroom Tissue
Valid on the purchase of any Cashmere UltraLuxe (12 roll and larger).
Cannot be combined with our $1 cash back on Cashmere® UltraLuxe™ Bathroom Tissue offer.
$2.25 cash back Cashmere® Ultra 3 Ply Bathroom Tissue

Cannot be combined with our $1 cash back on Cashmere® Ultra 3 Ply Bathroom Tissue offer.
$2.25 cash back Purex® Ultra 3 Ply Bathroom Tissue

Before yesterday, the $2.25 and $1.75 cash back offers on the three different bathroom tissues were $1.50 and $1.00 respectively (which is why they state "Cannot be combined with our $1 cash back on [...] Bathroom Tissue offer"), so they were each increased by $0.75.
I have a bonus offer (i.e. "available to select users") that appeared today for $0.25 cash back any bottle of sunscreen. Limit of 1 per user. https://snap.groupon.com/offers/coupon/2999Last edited by My two Canadian cents; Fri, Jun 19th, 2015 at 03:44 AM.
