Anne, I'm encountering similar situation like you did few weeks ago.
I requested cheque for $47
They replied ' we cannot find 2 scrubbing bubbles so deducting $4'
Caught hold of receipt by date, called cs, lady spoke nicely, said sorry after checking receipt.
She said she would firward it to check processing team
They credited $4.
I requested $52+$4 this time.
They again sent they did not find delissio pizza (took 3 chicken vintage pizza, they were processed by snap within 24hrs when I submitted)
They sent my cheque for $51 .
The process will never end I guess, now I would be checking my receipts bin.

Isn't it ridiculous and frustrating?!! I mean, if it was approved it was approved, it was approved, the end! These are some really bad business practices at the very least. My last two cheque requests I almost died of shock when the emails came through with the correct amount. Just requested a third one so we'll see.

Question: Does Snap allow 2 accounts with the same mailing address?
I haven't used this app in ages and I thought I had an account with my main email but it said I didn't when trying to log in. So I made a new one a week ago. Just tried to log in with my husbands email and it worked. So now I have 2 accounts, one with $21 on it and the other with $13....
What is there policy?

After 4 days of waiting I had my receipt rejected for the Cashmere. I was told when I phoned that they couldn't see the entire receipt. Funny I bought the scan of the receipt I sent them up on my computer and it was really clear and included the entire receipt. I scanned the receipt again and resubmitted. When I initially submitted the receipt the Cashmere was at $2.25 now it's at $1.75.

I'd call back and speak to someone else. That happened to me, they said the entire receipt wasn't captured but I was sure it was. The first time I called they said sorry, nothing we can do. So I called back and they looked at the receipt and said it's all there so they put it through.

nothing for me to claim this week on Snap, thank goodness considering the nonsense going on with delays in processing and changing amounts given for the Cashmere. Good luck everyone!

I did ask when I was on the phone if they could check the receipt. The lady said she was looking at it and the receipt wasn't completely captured. I had the receipt on my computer screen and I could see everything, so I really didn't understand how she couldn't see the entire receipt in the same scan I sent her.
